Annie Fultz-Ellis
Founder & Executive Director · Camperships 4 Kids, Inc.

Annie Fultz-Ellis is the Founder and Executive Director of Camperships4kids, Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering underserved, at-risk, and special needs youth through transformational camp experiences. With more than 40 years of experience in social services, youth advocacy, program management, and community partnerships, Annie has devoted her life to strengthening children and families.
A retired Children Services Administrator with the County of Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services, Annie has extensive experience working with foster youth, homeless families, domestic violence survivors, and underserved communities. Throughout her career, she developed and managed numerous family-centered and youth development programs, coordinated community partnerships, and organized summer camp experiences for children.
Annie is passionate about creating opportunities that help youth build confidence, character, leadership, and life skills while discovering their full potential. Through Camperships4kids, Inc., she continues her lifelong mission of inspiring hope, empowering youth, and building stronger futures for generations to come.
